How to set up ticket bundles for the service

Ticket bundles allow you to combine different tickets into one bundle and offer them to clients at a specific price.

Before creating ticket bundles, you need to create a ticket-type service and complete the necessary setup. To do this, follow these steps:

How to set up resources​

Note
Resources are entities that provide a service. For example, a resource can be a room, court, or instructor.

  1. Go to your Bookla account.
  2. Open the "Resources" section.
  3. Click the "+ New Resource" button.
  4. Enter the resource name. If needed, you can also change its color.
  5. Click the "Create" button.

Create ticket type of service​

  1. Go to the "Services" section.
  2. Click the "+ New Service" button.
  3. Enter the service name and, if needed, change the service color.
  4. Click the "Next" button.
  5. Choose the ticket type of service.
  6. Click the "Next" button.
  7. Select the duration and choose the booking policy:
    • Instant booking: The client instantly books the service without payment.
    • Needs confirmation: The booking requires your confirmation.
    • Needs prepayment: The client must prepay to confirm the booking.
  8. Click the "Create" button.
  1. Click the "Link with Resource" button.
  2. Select all resources that provide this service.
  3. Click the "Link Resources" button.

How to create tickets​

  1. Go to the "Tickets" section.
  2. Click the "+ Add ticket" button.
  3. Enter the ticket name.
  4. Click the "Create" button.

Setting up the schedule for the service​

  1. Open the created ticket-type service.
  2. Go to the "Schedule" section.
  3. Click the "+ Add Slot" button.
  4. Select the duration and resource.
  5. Set the starting date and time.
  6. Select whether it doesn't repeat, repeats weekly, or follows custom Recurrence Rules.

  1. Click the "Create" button.

Setting the capacity​

  1. Go to the "Capacity" section.
  2. Click "+ Add capacity rule".
  3. Enter the maximum number of spots allowed per booking time slot.
  4. Click the "Create" button.

Adding the Currency and Setting Up the Tax Rate​

  1. Go to the "Pricing" section.
  2. Click "Click to set" under Currency.
  3. Select your desired currency.
  4. Click the "Save" button.
  5. Click "Click to set" under Tax rate.
  6. Enter your country's or state's required tax rate.
  7. Choose whether the tax is included in the price.
  8. Click the "Save" button.

Setting Up Price Rules​

  1. Click the "+ Add price rule" button.
  2. Configure the following parameters:
    • Select the ticket.
    • Enter the price.
    • Enter the compared price (optional).
  3. Optionally, set restrictions for specific days, times, or resources.
  4. Click the "Create" button.

How to create the ticket bundles​

For example, you can create a Family Bundle that includes tickets for 2 adults and 2 children. This allows clients to purchase all the tickets together as one bundle.

  1. Go to the "Bundles" section.

Here, you can create different types of ticket bundles, such as family bundles or other ticket combinations.

  1. Click the "+ Add ticket bundle" button.
  2. Select the tickets you want to include in the bundle and enter the price for each ticket.
  3. You can also add limits for specific days, hours, and resources.
  4. Click the "Create" button.

Testing​

  1. Click the "Preview" button.
  2. Select the tickets and time.
  3. The prices will now show the current price and the standard price.

Your ticket bundles are now set up and ready to be offered to clients. You can create different bundles with different tickets, prices, and restrictions based on your needs.
