Klix payments integration

Bookla's integration with Klix allows you to securely process payments for bookings using Klix's payment infrastructure. This guide covers setting up Klix payment processing for your Bookla services, handling payment events through webhooks, and managing the payment lifecycle within your booking flow. Before proceeding with the integration, ensure you have an active Klix account and access to your API keys.

Enabling Klix Payments Plugin​

To start accepting payments through Klix, you need to enable the Klix Payments plugin in your Bookla account. Follow these steps to set up the plugin:

  1. Log in to your Bookla Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the "Plugins" section.
  3. Click on "+ Add plugin" to see all available plugins.
  4. Locate the "Klix" plugin and click "Add".
  5. Now, Klix menu item will appear in the sidebar.

Configuring Klix Settings​

After enabling the Klix plugin, you need to configure your Klix account settings in Bookla. Follow these steps to set up your Klix integration:

  1. Click on the "Klix" menu item in the sidebar.
  2. Click "+ Start connecting" to begin the setup process.
  3. Enter the following details:
  • Brand ID: Your Klix brand ID. You need to contact Klix support to obtain this ID.
  • Secret key: Your Klix secret key. You need to contact Klix support to obtain this key.
  1. Click "Connect" to complete the setup.
