Invite a Team Member to Your Team

Inviting a team member to your team is simple on the Bookla Platform. In this tutorial, you will learn how to do it.

There are 2 ways to add a new member to your company.

Option 1

  1. Go to the Bookla Platform.
  1. Click on your company.
  2. Click the "Invite Member" button.
  3. Choose the company.
  4. Enter the member's email address.
  5. Select the member's role: Manager or Employee.
  6. Select the member's permissions.

Permissions Overview

Below is a description of what each permission allows a member to do:

Services

  • Read – View all services (e.g., name, duration, pricing)
  • Edit – Create new services and modify existing ones
  • Delete – Remove services from the system

Resources

  • Read – View resources (e.g., staff, rooms, equipment)
  • Edit – Add new resources or update existing ones (availability, settings)
  • Delete – Remove resources

Plugins

  • Read – View enabled plugins and their settings
  • Edit – Configure, enable, or disable plugins (e.g., Email Notifications, payments)
  • Delete – Remove or disable plugins

Clients

  • Read – View the client list and details
  • Edit – Add new clients or update existing client information
  • Delete – Remove client profiles

Bookings

  • Read – View all reservations
  • Edit – Create new bookings or modify existing ones (e.g., reschedule, update details)
  • Delete – Cancel or remove bookings

With all permissions enabled, the member has full access to manage the company account.

  1. If needed, you can also limit the employee to specific resources.
  2. Write an invitation message to the member.
  3. Click "Invite".

That's it! Your colleague has been invited to your team on the Bookla Platform.

Option 2

  1. Go to the Bookla Platform.
  2. Go to the section "Settings".
  3. Click "+ Invite Member".
  4. Choose the company.
  5. Enter the member's email address.
  6. Select the member's role: Manager or Employee.
  7. Select the member's permissions.
